  • Why should I get a gaming PC?
    A gaming PC is the best way to maximize visuals and performance when it comes to gaming. Gaming PC's offer more customization compared to consoles, allowing users to play a wider variety of games at quality levels that exceed any console on the market. On top of that, online multiplayer services are free, meaning you won't need to buy Xbox Live or PS+ to play with friends. Gaming PCs can also be used for more than gaming, such as video editing, programming, and more.
  • Do you sell pre-built PCs?
    DPB offers pre-built PCs through our shop. Check the menu to the left for our shop page to see what we have in stock.
  • How long will it take for my custom PC to be finished?
    We aim to have our builds completed in 24-48 hours. However, most builds are completed same day. Lead times for hard-tubed and soft-tubed builds are typically longer, at 5-7 days.
  • What are your labor prices?
    Our labor prices are as follows: - Basic Assembly: $100 - Basic Assembly with OS Install: $125 - Gaming PC Assembly with AIO: $150 - Gaming PC Assembly with Soft-Tubing: $300 - Gaming PC Assembly with Hard-Tubing: $600
  • How can I reach DPB?

  • Do you sell peripherals? (Keyboard/Mouse/Monitor/etc.)
    Yes we do! Please let us know that you will need peripherals when you submit your build request.
  • What payments do you accept?
    We take many forms of payment at DPB. This includes: - Cash - Debit/Credit - AfterPay - Check - PayPal - CashApp/Zelle/Venmo
  • Do you offer financing?
    Yes! We offer financing through AfterPay. Please let us know when submitting a build request that you would like to use AfterPay!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Of course. Let us know any time during the process that you have changed your mind. Once the order has been picked up, you have 14 days to change your mind or request a return.
  • Do you offer any warranties?
    We offer a 2-Year and 3-Year warranties for all builds. If requested, we will provide quotes for either protection plans or replacement plans on select components, or the entire build. For 2-3 year protection plans: Parts covered can be replaced or refunded due to manufacturer defect or non customer induced damage for length of protection plan period. For 2-3 year replacement plans: Parts covered can be replaced regardless of fault, for any reason, or for any circumstance, during the length of the replacement plan period.. For builds that do not have a replacement or protection plan attached: As long as the damage is not deliberately inflicted due to tampering or intentional damage, we offer full returns or part replacements within 7 days. We will first attempt to replace the part in question, if all else fails we will refund you the full amount of the parts. (Labor is not refunded)
  • How do I request a return?
    For non warrantied builds (protection plan or replacement plan): During the 7-day return period, you can contact us at any of the contact methods listed on the "Contact" page to set up a return. For warrantied build (protection plan or replacement plan): Simply shoot us an email, call, or text!
